1. What was the biggest challenge you faced creating your store? 

The biggest challenge I faced was finding great product photos that matches my theme and the look I was going for.

2. What worked really well when using our platform?

The user experience is very well thought out, from the order the items are in the back end, to adding products and customizing themes, it is very easy to use and navigate.

3. What could be improved when using our platform?

More resources could be available to provide the merchant with product photos, maybe some ai tools that can help generate photos that goes with their theme. 

4. How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?

The experience definitely helped align with what the merchants struggle with on their day to day, and how a good support and building products that help them can positively impact their daily challenges they face
